Man with gun spotted at Warner Park | Crime

A 26-year-old Cottage Grove man said he was pulling out of the Madison Mallards Baseball stadium parking lot around early Wednesday morning when a man holding a handgun attempted to waive him down, according to the Madison Police Department.

The driver told police that he ducked down, accelerated and got out of the area at about 12 a.m.

The man reported the incident on Friday.
