Workshop To Be Held As Dane County Foreclosure Numbers Fall | Home & Garden

The Dane County's foreclosure rate is receding, according to a report from the Wisconsin State Journal.

The report said that the foreclosure filings dropped 22 percent in 2011 compared to 2010, but for many the threat of foreclosure is real and there is help.

A home loan modification workshop is being held at the Madison Area Technical College's Truax Campus. The workshop will be held on Jan. 12 from 6 to 8 p.m.

The workshop is for homeowners who have questions about their mortgages or need help with property taxes.
