A group of 18 senior-level airport executives from Eurasia -- Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Moldova, Tajikistan and Ukraine -- will visit the Dane County Regional Airport on Friday, April 15.
The airport development program introduces these selected delegates to innovative technology and airport operation practices in the United States so that they can return home with additional insight and ideas on how they can make improvements within their own organizations.
"The Dane County Regional Airport has a great reputation for comfort, convenience, and safety," said Dane County Executive Kathleen Falk in a news release. "Brad Livingston, our airport director, and his staff look forward to helping the 18 Eurasian airport executives improve their own facilities."
The day's schedule includes a welcome social at 9 a.m., followed by a presentation and a tour.
